I am trying to download some image cutouts with data lab. However, it seems I can only search for image but not download the images. When I click on the image thumbnail link, I got "500 internal server error". I also tried to change exten=2 to exten=0 in the link while I still can not download it.

Thanks.

Thanks so much for fixing it. It works when I using the browser. But when I tried to use the python package pyvo to download the cutout, it can not connect to the database. Do you have any insights on that?
pos = SkyCoord.from_name('NGC 5614')
ssa_service = vo.dal.SSAService("https://datalab.noao.edu/sia/ls_dr8")
ssa_results = ssa_service.search(pos=pos)
I believe it has been working in the past few days but it just not works today.
You should be able to download the cutout with python package now. Please try again. Thank you for your patience!
Thanks. It works now.
I am finding a similar problem when trying to download S-PLUS images from https://datalab.noao.edu/sia.php. I put the coordinates, it list a bunch of images, but when I select them and click download, nothing happens.

Thanks!
We cannot reproduce the issue. Could you provide your coordinates please?
Sure. I go to https://datalab.noao.edu/sia.php, put the coordinates 324.752686  -1.027400, and select "S-PLUS DR1 image tiles". I click "Get Image", and a list with 13 images appears. I select those I want to download, and click "Download FITS". It seems to be doing something but then goes back to the same page without doing anything. Also, on the left column of the search results, the Thumbnails are empty, if I click on them another window with "500 internal server error" appears.
There was an inconsistency in the SPLUS database tables (we are currently running on a backup server) that has now been resolved. Please let us know if you find any other problems.
