TAP query for UnWISE fails

Question

when I run a simplest query: 

SELECT top 20 *  FROM unwise_dr1.object

I get the following error:

Error: PSQLException: ERROR: column object.x_w1 does not exist Hint: Perhaps you meant to reference the column "object.x_1". Position: 8

Reproducible from both TOPCAT TAP and web-interface.
