Internal Server Error

I see this question has already been asked, but I'm still seeing the error

500 : Internal Server Error

Spawner failed to start [status=1]

when I try to launch the jupyter notebook.  This is new (~ last week or so).

Any help is much appreciated, thanks

I believe the server error is now fixed, please try to login again.

Piggybacking on this query, I am also experiencing this issue now. It started with me being unable to load pylab.
