How long does it usually take for a new account to get activated?

Hi,

My colleague Adaeze Ibik requested an account a couple of days ago and hasn't heard back yet.  What's the usual turn-around time for account requests?

Hi Dustin, we approved the account right on Dec 13. Please ask Adaeze to check for an email in their spam folders etc.
