Thanks for reaching out, and our apologies for the late reply.

The DES team did not release single-epoch photometry, as stated in the abstract of the Data Release 2 paper: "DES DR2 consists of reduced single-epoch and coadded images, a source catalog derived from coadded images, and associated data products assembled from 6 yr of DES science operations."

They have released single epoch images, however, so in principle you could measure aperture fluxes from these images. The SE images are accessible through Data Lab's file service (try sc.ls('des_dr2') to start with).
